Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10/1/2026
1. Introduction
LifeHub respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights when using our website and tools.
2. Data We Collect
- Local data: Many tools store data in your browser (localStorage) — e.g., habit streaks, flashcards, saved results. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share or export it.
- Usage analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, general usage patterns). This helps us improve the product.
- AI requests: When you use AI tools, your prompts are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. See Google's privacy policy for their handling.
- Payments: Payment data is processed by Polar (polar.sh). We do not store credit card or payment details.
3. How We Use Data
We use data to: provide and improve our tools, understand usage patterns, process Premium subscriptions, and comply with legal requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-Party Services
We use: Google (Gemini API, Analytics), Firebase (hosting, analytics), Polar (payments). Each has its own privacy policy. By using LifeHub, you acknowledge these integrations.
5. Cookies & Storage
We use localStorage for preferences (e.g., theme) and tool data. Analytics may use cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may not work.
6. Your Rights
You can clear your browser data at any time to remove locally stored information. If you have Premium and want to delete account-related data, contact us. Users in certain regions (e.g., EU, UK) may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
7. Children
Our tools are intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of LifeHub after updates constitutes acceptance.
