By accessing or using LifeHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

LifeHub provides a collection of productivity, health, study, and professional tools (calculators, timers, generators, AI assistants, etc.) accessible via the web. Most tools are free; Premium features may require a paid subscription.

3. Use of Tools

You may use our tools for personal, educational, or professional purposes. Do not use our services for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to violate applicable laws. AI-generated content is for reference only; verify important decisions independently.

4. Premium & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed through Polar (polar.sh). We do not store your payment details; processing is handled by Polar.

5. Refunds

You may request a refund for a Premium subscription under the following conditions:

• Within 14 days of purchase: If you are not satisfied with Premium, you may request a full refund. Contact us with your account email and the date of purchase.
• Billing errors: If you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same period, we will refund the erroneous charge once verified.

Refunds are processed through our payment provider (Paddle). Once we approve your request, Paddle will credit your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

To request a refund, contact us at lifehubtools@gmail.com or via the About page. Subscriptions cancelled after the refund window will not be refunded for the current billing period; access continues until the end of that period.

6. Data & Privacy

7. Disclaimer

Our tools provide general information only. They are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, financial, legal, etc.). We are not liable for decisions made based on tool outputs.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LifeHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
