FREELANCE SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Freelance Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of October 1, 2026 between:

FREELANCER: [Freelancer Name]
CLIENT: [Client Name]

1. SERVICES
The Freelancer agrees to provide the following services: [Description of services].

2. COMPENSATION
The Client agrees to pay the Freelancer a total fee of $[Amount] for the services described above.
Payment terms: [Payment terms].

3. DELIVERY
The Freelancer will deliver the completed work by [Delivery date].

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon receipt of full payment, all work product created under this Agreement shall become the sole property of the Client.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of this engagement.

6. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
The Freelancer is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Client. The Freelancer is responsible for all taxes on income earned under this Agreement.

7. REVISIONS
The Freelancer will provide up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at the Freelancer's standard hourly rate.

8. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 7 days written notice. The Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Freelancer's liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client.

10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
